Also featuring Julito Padron of Irakere alongside gorgeous salsa dancers direct from Havana and other legendary musicians from ‘The Bar at Buena Vista’.
A unique festival event aligning the greatest Cuban musicians alive today with Valerie Hemingway, Ernest’s personal secretary and daughter in law.
With Valerie’s evocative memories of Cuba’s golden age, we return to the Cuba of the fabulous fifties: the age of Mambo and the Cha-cha-chá.
Spend a magical night at the Floridita Bar, with Mojitos, Daiquiris, gangsters and showgirls. Hemingway performed by Brian Gordon Sinclair, the foremost dramatic interpreter of Ernest Hemingway in the world.
